She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Francis Marion University, located in Florence, South Carolina. Dukes specializes in addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, relationship distress, anger management, PTSD, and trauma.

Meanwhile, Neva Bailey, also an LPC and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CASII), will provide her services to patients in Timmonsville. Bailey has a diverse educational background that includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Applications and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management, both from Limestone College in Florence, South Carolina. She furthered her studies with a Master of Education degree in School Guidance Counseling from Cambridge College in Augusta, Georgia. Bailey, who has lived in Timmonsville for over 20 years, is well-known in her community, actively participating with the Boys and Girls Club of the Pee Dee and being a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Her clinical interests include stress management, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and working with children and adolescents.
