Prices for these residences will start at $5 million, with many units showcasing outdoor balconies or terraces for an elevated living experience.

This new hotel aims to integrate luxury and convenience, offering a range of high-end amenities. Residents will enjoy in-residence dining, housekeeping services, concierge services, and a private entrance, heightening the experience of living in such a premier establishment. Meanwhile, hotel guests will have access to four restaurants and bars, alongside an outdoor pool complete with private cabanas.

Event spaces will also play a vital role in the hotel, boasting 7,000 square feet of configurable areas suitable for various gatherings.
