According to reports, the suspects were armed with rifles and handguns. Once inside, they stole a handgun and cash from the victim. Following the robbery, the suspects quickly fled the scene in a vehicle.

The Florence Police Department utilized the Flock camera system to identify the vehicle used in the crime. While officers located the vehicle later on Layton Street, the suspects were not present at that location.
